TOWARD AN EFFICIENT SECTOR " , which analyzes the main aspects related to the implementation of sustainability measures to the real estate sector.

HOMUproject moves its headquarters to Calle José Ortega y Gasset 21.

Since the beginning of April and due to the growth of our company, we have been working on fitting out our new headquarters located at Calle José Ortega y Gasset 21, and are looking forward to having a work and meeting space in line with our philosophy, where we can welcome our clients, collaborators and friends. We will move-in in May.

    Madrid, 28 January (EFECOM) - The Socimi Axiare Patrimonio has completed the purchase of an office building located on Calle Josefa Valcárcel in Madrid for €13 million. The property is the Spanish headquarters of a multinational US tech company. According to the Spanish Stock Market Commission (CNMV), after completing this deal, the company now manages a property portfolio comprising a total of 558,000 sqm in Madrid and Barcelona, 73% of which is office space. This new property comprises 5,640 sqm and is located in the M30/A2 hub, which the company considers to be a strategic market and where it already owns five office buildings. The building is currently 90% occupied and is arranged over seven floors, with average floor areas of 700 sqm and benefits from 90 parking spaces. The Socimi's investment objective focuses on creating a property portfolio with a strong leaning towards the office sector in Madrid and Barcelona’s core business districts; and to maximise its value by actively managing the portfolio, in order to transform them in to the best properties in their catchment areas.
