We have BREEAM advisors for New Construction and Existing Buildings. We advise on the most suitable certification to obtain based on time to market and cost.
We develop our own iOS and Android Apps, which allow users to interact with a number of property services and improve the day-to-day experience offered to tenants, thereby improving tenant retention and loyalty. Our ability to correctly analysis occupiers allows us to generate additional revenues.
