RAÚL ARJONA SAZ
Raúl Arjona Saz benefits from more than 17 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors. He began his professional career at the architectural firm "Desarrollos de Arquitectura, S.A.", developing residential projects before moving on to "3g office", where he trained in Project Management. He continued his professional development at construction companies such as Ortiz Construcciones y Proyectos and Construcciones San José, where he worked as a
BLANCA PÉREZ-ANGULO MARTÍNEZ
Blanca Pérez-Angulo began her professional career in 1999 and benefits from 17 years experience in Project Management. She is currently the Operations Director at HOMUproject. Prior to joining HOMUproject, she worked at Bovis Lend Lease where she worked as a Design & Project Manager on large construction projects. There she worked hand-in-hand with clients throughout all of the construction and fit-out phases of the Telefónica (Distrito C)
and Repsol (Repsol Campus) Corporate Headquarters, managing prestigious architectural teams such as that of Rafael de la Hoz arquitectos. She was also a member of the International Architectural Ideas Competition management team for the refurbishment of Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where she held the post of Design Manager. From November 2013 to February 2015, she was Project Manager for the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Project for the winning bid proposal developed by GMP-L35-Ribas & Ribas. In the early years of her career through to 2004, she worked in Project Management roles similar to the above, as well as in Project Management, where she was responsible for the projects team at 3g office. She holds an Architecture degree from the Madrid Superior Technical School of Architecture (ETSAM), a Masters Degree in Project Management from the European University of Madrid and has completed the Management Development Programme at IESE Business School. She also lectures at the European University of Madrid, where she is the head of the Project Management course (using PMP methodology) for the Masters in Construction Management (MUGE) and at the La Salle University where she teaches the Space Management module, as part of the Advanced Course in Facility Management.
DAVID LÁZARO RODRIGO
Prior to joining HOMUproject, David was Director of CBRE'S Energy & Sustainability Department, and business development across EMEA, reporting to CBRE-UK. He began his professional career at IDOM, before moving on to become a mechanical engineer at FOSTER WHEELER IBERIA. David holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Carlos III University of Madrid, an MBA from IE Business School and is an LEED®, BREEAM and MRICS accredited professional.
He currently also lectures at the European University of Madrid, where he teaches part of the Real Estate Valuations (RICS) Masters course, as well as the Masters in Sustainability and Energy-Saving Refurbishment. He has participated in numerous office projects in Spain and Europe, including companies such as Google, HSBC, CitiBank, Bank of America, McGraw Hill, HP, Microsoft, Wanda, Deka, Tishman Speyer, Bloomberg and DEKA. He has also attended international conferences on sustainable building. He is involved in a number of working groups for different organisations which contribute to the development and preparation of Sustainability programmes in the Real Estate sector.
ÓSCAR SÁNCHEZ MAQUEDA
Oscar has more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector. Between 2005 and 2015 he worked as Project Technical Director at Aelca (Avintia Group) and at Xetaf de Gestión, where he worked in Construction and Project Management, as well as being in charge of contracting, cost control and the financial planning of numerous construction works.
Prior to this he worked at the construction company Ávalos which forms part of the San José Group, at Aldejavisa, Berimer and Roeman Construcciones carrying out various roles as Project Lead, Construction Manager and Technical Co-ordinator, demonstrating particular interest and skill in leading teams and achieving objectives. Óscar Sánchez Maqueda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. (EUATM).
BLANCA PARRA GARCÍA
Blanca Parra García has extensive experience gained over 16 years in the construction sector. She joined HOMUproject in 2014, following almost 10 years at Constructora San José, where in her role as Head of Building Studies, she took part in major projects both in the public and private sectors, including residential, hotel, administrative,
healthcare, education and cultural developments, which has provided her with extensive knowledge of suppliers, existing materials and their market prices. She previously worked as Construction Manager with Teginser (part of the Seop Group) and HngMaygeinser, supervising the construction of new-build residential schemes for Ferrovial Inmobiliaria, as well as fit-out works for all of the Education Centres run by Las Rozas City Council. She began her career at 3g office, where she worked as a Technical Architect and Project Manager and among other projects, carried out fit-out works for a number of telecoms companies nationwide. She joined the HOMUproject team in 2014, in order to manage and coordinate the Individual Client Projects and Works Department, which is the company’s secondary line of business, focusing on covering all of the needs that arise when purchasing and fully renovating a property. She holds a Degree in Technical Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
